For every company there is always the need to improve the services and goods that they offer. When the product or services are supplied to the market there is always a particular reaction that will be aroused. When the reaction to a product is negative there is always the chance that one’s business or production plant will always shutdown, therefore the importance of customer feedbacks in this aspect is getting the reaction or impact that a particular product has on the market.

When products are introduced to the market there will always be a chance that the product doesn’t meet the particular requirements of their needs. If a customer feels that a particular product needs to have some adjustments, additions or subtractions the customer feedbacks are the only way to communicate to the producer with. In the event that a product is greatly received by the market the customer feedback is always a great way to give the company morale to manufacture their product. With customer feedbacks ,companies like Mcdonalds, Gap, Dick Sporting Goods just to name a few can either get additions on a product or similarly get deducts so as to increase the popularity and usability of a given product, and thus the importance of customer feedbacks in this aspect is to help improve the quality of a given product, though the information that a consumer provides is the controlling factor of adjustments to a given product or service.
