About McDonalds Company - www.mcdonalds.com. Today, there are lots of loyal consumers who can’t lead their lives without McDonald's. But do the all know the story about McDonalds Company? Probably not! The whole idea behind this legendary fast food restaurant chain came from Mac and his pal Dick Macdonald. In the 1940s, they shifted the then simple hot dog stand. The stand was taken from the former Monrovia Airport to San Bernadino of California.
During that era, they came to realize that the hamburgers they sold are more than adorable to people. Just 8 years from then, they lastly changed the overall business setup by introducing a new Speedee Service System. Here, the whole idea was to build a practical line of production which involved hamburger making before orders were made. The whole idea then started ruling the entire industry and thus totally contrasted to the mainstream restaurants of its class.
McDonald’s thus managed to pave a history as it cut out nearly 50% of the competitors at that time. Such rapid business growth resulted into a massive cost reduction and has been the main driving force that lead McDonald's towards sales success. And in the 1950s, Mac along with Dick Macdonald made a decision for setting the fast ever food restaurant in the form of franchise scheme.
This is when they came to meet with Neil Fox. They started their first ever franchise restaurant within the heart of Phoenix of Arizona. That was the year earmarked by the setting up of their 2nd and 3rd restaurants in Saginaw of Michigan and Downey or California.
Later on, in the 1950s, an entrepreneur known as Ray Kroc decided to make a special arrangement with McDonald's founders to start up the Systems Incorporation of McDonald's. The interesting thing about McDonalds Company and its history is that, this historic incident left a massive impact on the glorious and victorious journey of McDonald's.
